Monday 4:30pm and  Tuesday 9am are Fusion Class.  This is a circuit based HIIT class fusing high octane dance moves with muscle work to rev up your results.

Thursday at 9am and 5:30 pm, Wednesday 5:30 am, Friday 5:30am and Saturday 8am are Dance Mixx.  Dance Mixx is a high intensity dance workout mixed with strength traiing, with top 40 music.  This is a full body workout.

Tuesday at 5:30pm is Core.  This is a cardio plus strength class designed to engage and chisel the entire core and target V line abs.

Wednesday at 4:45 pm is Strength 45.  Sculpt lean muscle thru weight and resistance training for a tight, toned physique - transformation class.

Sunday noon is a suprise class with a strength format.
