Mat Pilates

Work your core, move your spine, tubing will be used to create a full body workout.  Pilates accentuates good posutre, strengthens the core, and makes you feel great!  Please bring your own mat.  Class is done barefoot or with socks.  Taught by Joni Shavlik, HFM Instructor.
