Learn the graceful slow flowing art that is Tai Chi.  Trudy gently takes you through a series of movement patterns that are low impact.  Tai Chi can improve both balance and flexiblity as well as mental focus and well being.  Taught by Trudy VanDaHuvel, HFM Instructor
